Introduction
I was volunteering for an on-going public strike against a flyover that would likely uproot significant trees from the city. After few initial conversations with the activists, I chose the topic of urban governance for the system thinking course.

Define
Once the system map had a shape, the next step was to list down the opportunities, define the scope for the project & identify the key changemakers.
Design
A mobile interface was designed that makes it simple to document and disseminate information on ward committee meetings for the citizens.
